This is me trying to steal the 2008 Provincial Championships trophy from Darla. She did not react favorably. At one point she pulled my hair.

So I guess next year I will just have to win the trophy myself, especially in order to prevent any further such displays of flamboyant bravado ...

Because I am sooooo not like that. I mean Darla's display of strength in hoisting the prestigious award above her head is completely understandable. But look at that Micaela on the right, flaunting her second place medal. Always pandering to the cameras and showboating on the podium, that one.

This concludes my race season in Calgary, although we have one more week of training before they close the track for the season. And then I get to go home! And I guess I should probably get a job or something ...
