How long does it take to bike 60 miles? Well, Jay and I will tell you on May 14. We will be biking in the Clean Air Challenge 60 this year, on May 13, in support of the American Lung Association of Alaska. It's a trek along the bike paths and highways between Houston and Talkeetna (both cities in Alaska - trust me, we are not biking from Houston Texas...I double-checked, to make sure).

This is my fundraising page. My goal is to raise $1,000. I have to be honest though, my goal is not purely selfless - the more money you raise, the more prizes you earn. Apparently there is a reason they call them "incentive gifts." I am not sure why, but damn, I want that Winner's Circle jacket!

So in preparation for our trek, Jay and I have moved our Wednesday night viewing of "Lost" from the comfort of our living room IKEA chairs, to the two bikes at the gym directly in front of the ABC TV. I have since discovered sweat prints on my shorts that I never knew could form.
