My sprint times were okay, but my strength training needs a little work. And go figure, I lifted the same weight whether it was power clean, bench press or front squat. You would think I could power clean more than I could bench press. I was so close to being able to do an extra 5 kg on power clean. So close. Next time.
And it seems there will be a next time ... I was told unofficially that I would likely advance to the National Development Camp in Calgary at the end of June. Now I wait. And start pumping iron.
