Haha! I feel like I am going to summer camp. Given, the log cabins is a room at the Four-Points Sheraton, the lake is a hot tub at Canada Olympic Park and the sketchy camp school bus is United Airlines flight from Anchorage ... but summer camp feelings nonetheless! They sent me a checklist of things to bring, and a schedule of activities for the week.

• Personal Clothing & Toiletries (Supplements - if required)
• Dryland Training / Testing Gear
• On-Ice Gear
  • Please remember to bring a long-sleeve shirt for training on our indoor track facility
  • Track spikes (with spikes no larger than 5mm) - please do not bring your "favorite" shoes as the ice tends to be hard on synthetics .....
  • Gloves - mountain biking or other with a durable palm for pushing the sleds.
  • No shorts allowed
  • BCS will provide helmets and sleds.
