Check it out ... I got my first hatemail!

Okay, well technically it's not hatemail, since 1) it's a posted comment, not an email or letter, and 2) it's not so much hateful as it is merely critical. But it IS an unsolicited, pejorative communication from a random stranger, and, when it comes to legitimizing my status as a blogger, that's good enough for me!

Well, penguin17@aol.com, thank you for taking it upon yourself to astutely point out that my pearly whites are not up to People Magazine par. As it turns out, I am currently busy dedicating my extravagant income as a development athlete to feeding starving children in Africa and saving kittens from a life on the street, but given your insightful comment I will certainly restructure my budget to now make Zoom! Teeth Whitening a priority.

Oh wait ... what? I CAN live a productive and fulfilling life, even if my teeth ARE slightly discoloured due to a genetic predisposition to soft tooth enamel? Well, phewf ... that's a load off my shoulders. I guess I should go fish those kittens out of the river then ...
