Crumbly-ness?"

October 31: I'm a real skeletoner now ...
Well ... I think Tuesday night training won this round ... I've got the bruises to prove it!
So, that's two of my seven bruises I managed to collect during my two runs down the track: both ankles, left shin, quad, hip, forearm and upper arm. Notice the trend of the bruises being on the left side? Everyone's suits are covered with duct tape and shoulder pads and tears, all confined to the left side, courtesy of the lovely little exit of certain turn on the Calgary track (which shall remain nameless, but whose initials are TURN NINE).
But despite an extremely violent rendezvous with the exit of a certain turn, namely TURN NINE, I managed to clock a reasonable 110 kph, and brush four seconds off my best time so far. And at least I have something to show for it ... don't you hate when you endure the agony of an injury with no war wounds to prove that the pain was of any notable value?
