| Every time I tell someone we might be going to Squamish they say "Oh, there's great climbing in Squamish." This is the great climbing they are talking about. In my opinion, great climbing involves a flight of stairs with jelly beans awaiting me at the top. There should be no 2000' cliff faces involved. |
We have friends who live up the street from us and host great BBQs. This is the view from their yard.

Once all the skin and flesh has rotted off of the skull, the owner will likely add his decoration to the several dozen on display on the other side of the roof, facing the highway, for all passersby to admire. Trust me. I admire them almost every day on my way home.
Well ... I faired okay, considering ... considering I am in the beginning stages of TRYING OUT FOR THE FREAKIN' OLYMPICS.

Ahhhhhh ... nothing brings back childhood memories like a delicious Cheez Whiz and baloney sandwich. I rekindled my relationship with my processed pals on my trip down to Vancouver this past weekend. I know it's hard to believe, but you can't buy Cheez Whiz in Alaska. I have gone almost six years without Cheez Whiz and baloney sandwiches. Oh the travesty!
