This is me trying to steal the 2008 Provincial Championships trophy from Darla. She did not react favorably. At one point she pulled my hair.

So I guess next year I will just have to win the trophy myself, especially in order to prevent any further such displays of flamboyant bravado ...

Three years after the demise of my poor Expos, I have finally picked a new team to cheer for.

Let me tell you - this was no easy decision.

When you are born and raised by a ball-playing family in a ball-playing town you don't have much of a choice but to cheer for the team that your dad and your grandma cheer for. Especially when your dad slaps a 'Spos cap on your head before you can even swing a bat.

That, ladies and gentleman, is a world record for the largest amount of Puffs Plus with Lotion used in a single day. Other records broken this weekend:

Yesterday at practice it was a beautiful warm spring day, with perfect sticky snow. So we built a snowman:

It's funny because we built it on the truck that carries us from the bottom of the track back to the top after each run.

And even funnier because it actually lasted a few more trips up and down the hill.

Actually let's talk about my car, Princess Fiona, who, in all her Aquamarine Mist glory, has of late been a royal pain in my ______ (fill in the blank with a body part of your choosing. My part of choice is covered by your bathing suit.)
